MARKET VEGETABLE PIZZA

Ingredients:

1 Udi's gluten free pizza crust (or other favorite pizza crust)

1/2 cup chopped heirloom tomatoes

1/2 cup chopped kale

1/2 cup steamed broccoli

1/4 cup hemp seed pesto (recipe below)

1/3 cup daiya vegan mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place pizza on baking sheet. Spread hemp seed pesto on crust then sprinkle with veggies and cheese. Bake in preheated oven for about 7-10 minutes or until cheese melts and the bottom of the crust is golden brown.

Hemp Seed Pesto

Ingredients:

2 Cups Basil
1/4-Cup Nutritional Yeast
2 Cloves Garlic
1/2-Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 Lemon, juiced
1/2-Cup Hemp Seeds
Salt to taste

Directions:

In a food processor add all the ingredients for the hemp seed pesto and blend until smooth.
